Eleven years ago, a group of parents had a dream to create a Jewish Day school unlike any other one - a unique school whose staff provides students with a warm, nurturing, yet rigorous learning environment, that educates the whole child, and sets and achieves high standards in academics and character-building.
That dream has become a living reality, thanks to the dedication and passion of our students, staff, families and friends.
Today, students of diverse religious, economic and educational background learn together in an environment that fosters their individuality, while strengthening their Jewish identity. At WFHA our students are taught to celebrate their differences while rejoicing in our strong tradition and common values.The Westchester Fairfield Hebrew Academy community embraces the obligation to teach our children Tikkun Olam - to contribute to healing the world. As a result, chesed and tzedakah - kindness and charity - are integral parts of our curriculum, daily living and yearly calendar.
Our commitment to Medinat Israel - the State of Israel - is articulated throughout the school's climate and program of study. Our students learn that the future of K'lal Israel - all Jews - depends upon each and everyone's commitment to our beloved country.
